Huckberry & Danner Partner For An Exclusive Take On The Logger 917 Boot

Danner’s heritage boots are a staple of the Pacific Northwest, and that’s not due to anything other than hard, efficient work. After the company’s founder, Charles Danner, moved to Portland in the 1930s, his handiwork would take on an entirely different role. Eventually, his boots would become a favorite of wilderness lumbermen, and today, that lineage is recreated through Danner’s lauded Logger boot. Now, the brand has teamed up with another of the outdoor world’s leading proprietors, Huckberry, for a collaborative take on the shoe.

Known as the Huckberry x Danner Logger 917, this rough, rugged boot remains true to the brands’ outdoor histories. It still utilizes the same waterproof, full-grain leather construction as its predecessor, as well as a comfortable Vibram® EVA foam midsole, XS Trek rubber traction, and a TPU shank for increased stability and support. What makes the Huckberry x Danner Logger so unique, however, is its exclusive new colorway — a contrasting light/medium tan known as the “Goldrush.” Whether you’re planning to take on the trail this upcoming weekend, or you’re looking to traverse the concrete jungle, instead, these sleek, stylish boots are the perfect way to ensure that your footwear game is up to snuff. Head to Huckberry’s website to pick up a pair of your own for $230.
