Homemade Sriracha Hot Sauce

Category: Food

As you already know by our detailed Sriracha food recipes feature, we are huge fans of the rooster hot sauce. In all of our years of enjoying the chili pepper infused sauce though, we’ve never once thought of concocting our very own Homemade Sriracha Hot Sauce.

After taking a look at this recipe though, it looks like it’s something we might be missing out on. The chefs over at Reclaiming Provincial share the same obsession with the sauce that we do, and decided to create their very own Sriracha, starting with their own, homegrown pepper patch. This recipe details everything step by step. All you need is red jalapenos, red serranos, garlic, brown sugar, Kosher salt and distilled white vinegar.  [View Recipe]
