In this day and age, prefab homes — be they trailers, cabins, or otherwise — are practically commonplace. So it takes some very interesting features to catch our eye. Luckily, the folks at Haus.me appear to be keen to that fact, so they’ve absolutely loaded their lineup with everything you could possibly want in a ready-to-move-in home.
For starters, their offerings are available in a trio of sizes/floorplans — a single studio with a kitchen and bath, a 2-bedroom family-sized house, and an expansive 2-story 3-bedroom estate. All three of them are 3D-printed and come fully-assembled, featured, and ready for you to move in; in fact, they come pre-loaded with solar power, advanced HEPA air quality control, and the two smaller options don’t even require building permits or a foundation. Better still, the nature of their construction makes them earthquake-proof and almost completely self-sufficient. That means, all you need is a plot of land on which to drop it and you’ve got your own workspace, home, or even compound ready for you to move in and enjoy the surrounding landscape. Prices start at around $300,000.
