Harley-Davidson ‘The Hardley’ by Revival Cycles
Although they’re best known for their work on custom Moto Guzzi bikes, the Austin, Texas based team at Revival Cycles decided to step outside the box on their latest effort. Introducing The Hardley, a beautiful, yet rugged one-off Harley-Davidson custom.
What started as a run-of-the-mill Harley Sportster 883 has been stripped down to the bone, and rebuilt from the bottom up. The team customized every component on this 2-wheeler from engine to aesthetics. The bike’s engine has been updated with a 1250cc cylinder and piston kit, and while Harley’s 1200cc heads stayed in tact, they have seen larger valves and ports, which coupled with the custom mapped fuel injection and ECU is good for about 100 horsepower, and 100Nm torque. The exterior has also seen a slew of upgrades from the custom 19-inch wheels to that head turning, 100 percent bespoke three-piece fuel tank. Even with all of this custom work, Revival still managed to shed over 100 pounds off the bike. Add to that a custom built suspension system and Maxxis dirt-track tires, and you’ve got yourself one hell of a ride.
