Greenwich Village Rooftop Office by BW Architects
The folks at New York-based BW Architects have completely revamped this modern townhouse in Greenwich Village, and the end result is an incredible incubator for productivity.
The structure was originally built in the 1840s. And while the modern remodel does bring some new-age flair to the mix, the design team was able to keep that old school charm in tact, striking the perfect balance between classic and modern. The entire remodeled residence spans over 4,000 square feet, and while the entire dwelling is superb from top to bottom, it is the rooftop office and deck setup that really caught our attention. The slanted glass window wall doubles as a massive door, opening up the workspace to the patio outside. This thing is on some serious Hey Arnold vibes. Take a tour below.
