The knife was inspired by a Santoku’s chef’s knife, and feature a modified sheepsfoot point and flat belly that will serve you well in both the backcountry and the kitchen. The fine straight edge knife features a full tang construction built from high grade 7Cr17Mov steel, and weighs just 6.5 ounces. The textured rubber grip ensures a firm handle in any climate, and the included sheath with belt loop means the blade never has to leave your side – there’s even a lanyard hole if that’s more your style.
