The knife was inspired by a Santoku’s chef’s knife, and feature a modified sheepsfoot point and flat belly that will serve you well in both the backcountry and the kitchen. The fine straight edge knife features a full tang construction built from high grade 7Cr17Mov steel, and weighs just 6.5 ounces.
