Paying homage to the Red Tails, the black Tuskegee Airmen that flew P51 Mustangs and bombers back in World War II, the folks at Ford have created this Red Tails Edition Mustang GT.

The vehicle’s exterior has been doused in an aluminum like paint job finished off with a red tail on the rear end. A glass roof, 20 inch Forgiotto wheels, a GT500 rear diffuser, and a quad exhaust finish up the aesthetics. Under the hood, the vehicle packs a 2.3 liter Whipple supercharger that is bury you into your seat under WOT. The Red Tails Edition Ford Mustang will be auctioned off during the Gathering of Eagles to support the Young Eagles.
