Floating Seahorse Home Signature Edition
Waterfront property has always been valuable, enough so that a bunch of engineers and builders in Dubai decided to push the limits and build a floating home. Just recently, the same group that put out the original version of this home onto the water have circled back with a Signature Edition of the Floating Seahorse – combing the comforts of a luxury home with the perks of being on a yacht.
With the Signature Edition of this 4,000 square foot home, designers at the Kleindeisnt Group intended to combine Emirati culture with modern European design – and we can’t deny that they achieved just that. With three floors, one underwater, one middle deck, and another higher up (complete with a hot tub), each space is intended to adapt to the needs of the occupants. A highlight of the entire ship/home is the underwater bedroom that look out onto a 600 square foot coral garden through a large glass window. All things said, this home is as much a tribute to the imagination and talent of engineers and architects as it is another example of Dubai’s famous excess. You can own one yourself if you’re willing to throw down about $3.3 million for it.
