It is hard to talk about coolers without at least mentioning Yeti. The brand took off in 2015, and has since become a half-a-billion dollar company. Because of their stratospheric rise, Yeti essentially kick-started an entire product category that had been stagnant for years. Now, unsurprisingly, a whole lot of other brands are clamoring to get in on the action. Filson’s new coolers are a rare standout from that bunch.

Rather than trying to build their own cooler from the ground up, the Seattle, Washington-based outdoor company teamed up with the brand Taiga to do a custom 27-quart box for bringing out on fishing trips and BBQs. From the looks of it, this thing is perfect for afternoons spent out on the water. It features 2-inch walls, a 3-inch lid, and room enough to store 24 beers and plenty of ice. That means you’ll probably be done for the day before the ice even starts to melt. Right now you can pick one of these 27-quart coolers up in safety orange or camo.
