If you didn’t see Star Wars: Rogue One, then you missed out on an introduction to some of the all-time coolest looking characters in the film series – the Death Troopers. Decked out in all black everything, these sinister Stormtroopers are about as terrifyingly badass as faceless elite soldiers can be. But the folks at bespoke accessory manufacturers Elemnt might have made them even scarier with their collector’s edition Death Trooper helmet.
Based on the original mold used to make the movie’s Death Trooper helmets, this one is actually wrapped in real python skin. And yes, you read that right. But, though the exterior is certainly different, all the little details (like dents and abrasions) carry through from the mold and onto the natural material. This helmet is also branded with Elemnt’s emblem in real 24k gold on the backside and comes with a clear case and black base for display. Or, you could just lower it onto your head, as it is completely and functionally wearable. If you want one, however, this unique Star Wars collector’s item will cost you $3,000.
