For anyone who was an initial fan of the EarthRoamer XV-LTS, but would like to upgrade into a luxury overland vehicle with more space and amenities should pay close attention to the all-new EarthRoamer XV-HD. Outfitted with the same level of craftsmanship as their more compact model, this “big brother” if you will, ups the ante in off-road backcountry capabilities.
We say this not to sound dramatic, but because this beast boasts the performance specs to prove it. For starters, each XV-HD is a Ford F-750 4×4 at its very core, hosting a 6.7L V8 turbo diesel engine under the hood providing the navigator with 725 ft-lbs of torque at their disposal. Additionally, with 115 gallons fuel capacity, 250 gallons of fresh water capacity, batteries rated at 20,000 watt-hours and 2100 watts of solar capacity we feel it’s safe to say EarthRoamer is the real deal here. They also offer multiple floor plans available for each vacuum-infused molded composite camper body that’s made-to-order in Colorado. Deliveries slated for early 2019.
