Now, to honor the bike’s 25-year anniversary, Ducati has announced the limited-edition Panigale V4 25° Anniversario 916 — a mesmerizing reference to one of the most beautiful motos ever.
At the time of its release, the 916 served to embody Ducati’s industry-leading vision of elegance, style, and compactness. Regarded as one of the most influential and iconic bikes to have ever been released, the cycle paved the way for the brand’s future platforms and garnered an intense following as it raced on the most iconic circuits in Europe. Eventually, it would secure an overall victory at the World Superbike championships, winning 120 races, 8 constructors’ titles, and 6 riders’ titles over the course of its tenure. Now, Ducati has created a limited-edition Panigale V4 in remembrance. Boasting a Ducati Corse-spec aluminum front frame, specialized livery, forged magnesium wheels, and a titanium type-approved Akrapovič exhaust, the 25° Anniversario 916 artfully blends past and present of the brand’s illustrious lineup. Only 500 bikes are slated for release, with deliveries taking place in October.
