We love Ducati motorcycles in their stock form, but it’s always nice to see what a set of creative hands are capable of when they get the chance to customize one of these Italian masterpieces.

After a handful of custom Ducati 1098 bikes hitting the scene, we thought we would feature this custom Ducati Monster 1100R. A true Ducati fanatic, the owner of the bike, Arrick Maurice is actually employed by the company as a brand manager for the North American market. The bike features a slew of upgrades which includes a weight reduction, anodized black Ohlins forks and Speedymoto triple clamps among other things. The immaculate jet black and contrasting gold paint job was the ultimate finishing touch for this bad boy.
