Drakan Spyder

Inspired by the spirit of an American Formula 1 car, the mad scientists at Sector111 have developed the Drakan Spyder – a street legal track machine that was engineered, designed and built right here in the USA.

The antithesis of the modern-day sports car, the Drakan Spyder is packed with a GM-sourced eRod LS3 V8 engine that pumps out 430 horsepower. Power is transmitted through a Porsche G96 6-speed synchromesh transmission that helps the 2,000 pound vehicle rocket from 0-60 mph in just 3.2 seconds. Of course power is just one piece of the puzzle. This thing is also outfitted with a Fox Racing coil-over suspension system for precision cornering and four-piston forged calipers for stop-on-a-dime braking power. So whether you’re looking to hit the canyons or spend a day at the track, the $100,000 Drakan Spyder should fit the bill nicely. [Purchase]
