It might seem hard to believe but mobile gaming is the most widely popular form of video gaming in the world right now. In fact, it’s so popular that brands like Razr have created gaming-focused smartphones. Those offerings, however, still have all the limitations of normal smartphones — namely, they’re susceptible to damage from dust, water, and drops. DOOGEE, however, have just unveiled their S70, the world’s first ruggedized gaming smartphone.

With its 5,500mAh battery, the S70 has enough juice to run games for up to 15 hours straight. It also has a 5.99″ full-HD display, 2.5GHz processor, six gigs of ram, and a 64-gig hard drive — making this an excellent and powerful gaming machine. But its toughness is certainly the star of the show. You see, it boasts IP68 water- and dust-resistance, meets MIL-STD-810G test standards (meaning it can handle drops and extreme temperature changes without damage), and has 4th-generation Gorilla Glass over the display. And if that’s not enough, it also boasts dual 12-megapixel Sony IMX363 HD cameras and even has a “Gameboost” mode that puts all power toward optimizing your gaming experience. It’s on IndieGoGo right now, starting at $299.
