DIY Sailboat Kit by Balmain Boat Company

There’s nothing like some solid DIY projects to tackle during the summer season, and few more rewarding than building your own sailboat. The team at Balmain Boat Company have created just that – a DIY sailboat kit.

The kit comes with everything you need to assemble the watercraft, all the way from the ropes and mast to the wood and glue. Let’s not forget about the included step-by-step instructions either, because without those, this could take a lot longer than the advertised 30 hour completion time. The fully assembled sailboat measures in at 9.8′ by 4.4′ x.1.7′, and weighs in at 110 pounds. Let’s hit the water.
