Deer Antler Classic Cleaver

The kitchen doesn’t have to be all about frilly aprons, ceramic knickknacks, and Betty Crocker literature. If your kitchen needs a little more Paul Bunyan and a little less Paula Deen, 1803’s Classic Cleaver made from real deer antler has a date with your hand.

Made from hand-forged stainless steel and red deer antler, this cleaver is perfectly balanced and weighted. Whether you’re an iron chef or just the distant cousin of a former cafeteria lunch lady, this tool will command respect for any cook. As you might expect given the materials, each blade is unique and features roughly a 6” blade length, 1 ½” blade height, and about a 5” handle. Each Deer Antler Cleaver also comes with a handmade suede knife wrap. [Purchase]
