Das Horn – Ancient Drinking Horn

Dec 4, 2019

Category: Food

In the middle ages, drinking horns were the ceremonial drinking vessel for those of high status used for both celebrations and feasts, and designers David Segall and Alex Chatham are looking to recreate that with their Das Horn.

The two ambitious designers describe the chalice as a “modern twist on the ancient drinking horn.” Constructed from BPA-free plastic, the Das Horn holds 24 ounces of any beverage you desire. The project is currently looking for funding on Kickstarter, and to help reach the goals the designers are offering up a handful of different accessories for the Das Horn chalice.
