After officially releasing the Founder’s Edition, Premier, and HS-specs of its inaugural Hypersport model two-months-ago at CES 2020, Damon Motorcycles was quickly inundated with hundreds of pre-orders, to the extent the electric motorcycle the company sold out of some variants in only a matter of days. With the continued success Damon — which has recently acquired IP from the defunct Mission Motors brand — has now announced that interested parties who missed the boat the first time around now have a chance to add a top-shelf Hypersport to their stable as the company is releasing another batch of its Hypersport Premier, now clad in two new liveries.
Available in “Arctic Sun” (white and gold) or “Midnight Sun” (black and gold) liveries, the new models retain their predecessor’s top-of-the-line Brembo brakes, Ohlins suspension, single-sided swing-arm, dual 1080P cameras, smart CoPilot system, and 21.5kWh battery and PMAC liquid-cooled 160kW (214.5hp) motor that enable the sub-440lb electric motorcycle to achieve wildly-impressive 200mph top speeds and 3-second 0-60mph time, all while remaining street-legal and delivering a 200 mile range.
