Five Legendary, Single-Owner, Ultra-Low-Mileage ’80s Cars Are Up For Sale

The 1980s was an incredibly exciting period in automotive history, marked by numerous technological breakthroughs and an untold amount of influence from endurance and rally racing machines. And five of the most celebrated cars from this era are now being offered as a bundled collection through John Temerian’s elite Miami dealer, CURATED.

Christened the “Time Capsule Collection,” this group of five 1980s classics all belong to the same original owner, are all in absolutely pristine shape, and show exceedingly few miles on the odos. Representing an equally diverse and prestigious selection of 1980s rides, the collection includes a 2,600-mile specimen of a 1989 Lamborghini Countach 25th, one of the sixty 1990 Lamborghini LM002 America examples produced with only 1,200 original miles on it, a one-of-twnety 1991 Lotus Esprit X180R that shows less than 500 miles, and a one-off 1988 Lamborghini Jalpa with only 3,200 original miles that still wearing its factory paint and Pirelli P7R tires, and is said to be the last unit produced for the North American market. The piece de resistance of the collection is undoubtedly the 1987 Mercedes-Benz 560 SEC AMG, a fully-loaded and thoroughly-optioned blacked-out example powered by its factory AMG 6.0L 4V engine and riding on Penta wheels.
