At this point it almost feels a bit like a drill. Converse releases their classic Chuck Taylor All-Stars with technology from Nike. We drool. Repeat. The most recent iteration in this cycle? The Converse Chuck Taylor All-Stars with Flyknit.

Don’t take this as a complaint on our part. If anything the durability of this formula is a kind of testament to how great a silhouette the Chuck Taylor All-Stars are. Whatever the upper material, whatever the release – the shoe endures as a classic. This one is no exception to that rule. More than just looking great, these Chucks are sure to be incredibly comfortable. The sock-like upper from Nike (the first time Flyknit has been used on a shoe that isn’t sporting a swoosh) will provide a degree of breathability that will make them ideal for summer, while the Lunarlon insole will continue to provide the perfect amount of cushioning for walking the streets.
