Contemporary Pass Residence in Arizona Desert

We have featured some immaculate bachelor pads in the city of Scottsdale, Arizona in the past, and now we venturing out to the desert’s version of Miami’s South Beach once again for yet another contemporary marvel.

The design team at Tate Studio Architects have constructed a new home they like to call the Pass Residence. The single story estate features a flat roof and plenty of stone wall accents. The home utilizes true floor to ceiling windows that serve as both a source of natural light along with the ability to take in panoramic views of the desert landscape. A dip in the sleek infinity pool is the perfect way to beat the summer heat in this bachelor pad.
