Clarks’ Ballistic Nylon GORE-TEX Wallabees Are Rugged Comfort

Clarks is a legendary footwear brand, known far and wide for their tasteful, stylish shoes and accessories. To garner attention in other areas of the market, they’ve decided to team up with the renowned apparel distributor, Haven, to release a utilitarian renovation of their famed Wallabee Boot.

The Clarks x Haven GORE-TEX Wallabee Boot is ideal for a day of soggy urban exploration, opting for a functional, militaristic silhouette over the brand’s traditional suede/leather construction. To guide the Wallabee out of the realm of everyday dress wear, the inclusion of a GORE-TEX lining, a gusseted tongue, and a Vibram Moreflex outsole pay homage to a number of today’s well-known utilitarian offerings. For added reinforcement, ballistic nylon side panels have been implemented, alongside nylon herringbone webbing and dualistic, military-inspired colorways. The Clarks x Haven GORE-TEX Wallabee Boots are slated to launch on April 27 via Haven’s primary avenues of sale, so head over to their website for more information.
