After their recent collaboration with Nike to make an Ale Brown, sturdy iteration of the Air Force 1 sneakers, Carhartt WIP teamed up with Converse to update one of their vintage silhouettes. The result of the collaboration is a fresh, durable remix of the classic Converse One Star sneakers.
The shoes are constructed with extremely durable, abrasion-resistant Cordura fabric, extending the life of the sneakers. Inspired by military design, each pair comes with a hangtag, military bandolier heel webbing, and metal D-rings. For a blue-collar feel, the logo patch on the tongue is made with coated tar material used on trailer coverings for long-distance trucks. These shoes will be available in black, white, and olive colorways. Pick up a pair of these stylish sneakers with workwear protection on September 20.
