Cantilevered Utriai House in Lithuania

Stepping way outside the box of normal architecture, the Lithuanian design studio at G.Natkevicius & Partners created the Utriai Residence.

The home certainly pushes the envelope when it comes to standard design, and the end result was definitely worth it. The home was completed a few years ago in 2006, and features a massive cantilevered living area that extends over an awesome 2 car garage. The home is located in Vežaičiai, a small town in Klaipėda County within western Lithuania.  Owned by an agricultural entrepreneur, the home was designed for his three member family.
