Canon EOS Rebel SL1 Camera: The World’s Lightest and Smallest DSLR

Dec 4, 2019

Category: Tech

Canon is looking to jump on the “smaller is better” trend coming to the realization that many people do not one to tote around a large DSLR, but don’t want to be left with nothing but their iPhone to snap photos.

The Canon EOS Rebel SL1 has been crowned not only the smallest, but also the lightest DSLR to ever hit the market. Weighing in at just 14.63 oz. (0.8 lbs), this thing is extremely portable to say the least. Canon didn’t sack on tech specs either packing this thing with a 18 megapixel APS-C CMOS Sensor, Full HD 1080 video shooting capability, 3 inch Clear View II touchscreen LCD, DIGIC 5 Image Processor, and a whole lot more. This camera will be available on April 30th on Amazon’s online store.
