If your idea of fun is heading out to the desert for a weekend of nothing but petrol, speed, and dirt, then you may be excited to hear that Can-Am is releasing an updated version of their Maverick line.
There are three different variations on this updated model ( X3, X3 X DS, and X3 X RS) available but they all share some pretty impressive key components. Most important of all of those updates may be the engine. These things boast a turbocharged 154 horsepower Rotax engine that can get the side-by-side going at 60 miles per hour in just under 5 seconds. Yeah, you read that right folks. For increased control on difficult and rugged terrain, the new Maverick has also been fitted with a Fox 3.0 Podium RC2 HPG shocks that offer two feet of travel so you can hit rolling trails without worrying about getting thrown. An elongated chassis also provides for better control thanks to being made a full foot longer than any other in the field. Make the desert your own starting at $23,000. [Purchase]
