Camso DTS 129 Snow Bike Conversion Kit

Unlike bears, motocross bikes shouldn’t have to hibernate during the snowy season. Hunkering down in the garage all winter for the sun to break through is a thing of the past thanks to Camso and their DTS 129 snow bike conversion kit that transforms most modern MX bikes into snow ready sleds.

Camso set out to design their conversion system to mimic factory geometry and balance, allowing suspension and power delivery characteristics that react just like the motorcycle would with wheels. Installation starts with removing the factory swingarm and swapping in the DTS 129 track in its place, connecting the drive chain to the countershaft then hooking up the pre-bled rear brake. The track’s single torsion spring and gas charged shock suspension provides 12-inches of travel, allowing the bike to suck up even the fluffiest powder pillows out there. The front wheel gets swapped for a proprietary four keel ski, with each or the raised keels crowned by a skag for extra bite while sleighing the gnar. Camso even added a storage area on the track skin cover for hauling extra gear or gas, making sure your adventure keeps rippin deep into the backcountry.

Purchase: $4,800
