Cadillac Electric SUV
Talk about Cadillac making the leap into all-electric vehicles has been swirling around, but the prestigious car company finally confirmed it with the unveiling of their first EV model. The gleaming, futuristic Cadillac Electric SUV will begin the company’s foray into the all-electric space, pitting them against Tesla’s Model X with what’s supposed to be a less expensive but equally capable vehicle.
The all-electric luxurious SUV has an architectural design, allowing the battery packs to fit snugly into an organized space similar to the way ice cubes fit neatly into an ice tray. The design will also be flexible, in that it can be set up in front-, rear-, or all-wheel drive. For more versatility, the battery output of the electric vehicle can be adjusted based on the driver’s needs. Cadillac plans to release a new model every six months through 2021, so you’ll have to sit tight to see when this one hits the road.
