Brew Cutlery Utensils With Built-In Bottle Openers

Get ready to blow a fuse. Go ballistic. Get your knickers in a twist. Whatever. We expect you’ll have the same angry reaction we had when you see Brew Cutlery; an idea so damn sensible it literally hurts that we didn’t think of it first.

Instead it was San Diego’s Kevin Newburg and Stephen Grinalds that beat us to the punch with their superbly simple solution to opening beers. The three high-quality stainless steel utensils — fork, knife, spoon — all feature a neatly carved groove at the bottom that’s ready to pop open your favorite brew. The utensils have been stress-tested to optimize strength, functionality, and design, and we really love the thought of never again having to use a live wild falcon’s claw to pry our caps off. Fly falcon, fly! [Kickstarter]
