Brabus Mercedes-AMG 850 XL
Never be late to the soccer game again. Brabus, the renowned aftermarket Mercedes-Benz tuning company, has given the GLS 63 a serious facelift along with a substantial power boost under the hood. And while some may wonder why such a powerful machine needs any upgrades at all, we’ll answer that question with a question: why not?
Brabus is known for their power, and this SUV now has it all, including a 6-liter twin turbo 8-cylinder engine boasting up to 850hp and 1069 lb-ft of torque. With such an upgrade under the hood, the Brabus 850 XL accelerates from 0-62mph in just 4.2 seconds and tops out at 186 mph. It also comes equipped with 23-inch Brabus Monoblock wheels and a sleek carbon finish to round out the black-on-black aesthetic. The interior comes stock with fine Mastik and Alcantara leather, wood and carbon inlays, and a lowered ride height of about 30 millimeters to give the SUV a sportier appearance. Each 850 XL is made to order, either piece by piece or all at once. Needless to say, the unknown price tag is certainly a harbinger of its six-figure reality. Better start saving.
