Largely recognized as one of the most elite audio outfits on the planet, Bowers & Wilkins first launched its exclusive 600 Series lineup in 1995 with the DM601 to DM604 speakers. After receiving updates in 1999, ’01, ’07, ’14, and ’18, the British brand has just unveiled the latest additions to the 600 speaker family with an Anniversary Edition range.
Celebrating a quarter of a century since its initial launch, the 600 Series S2 Anniversary Edition collection consists of the 606 and 607 bookshelf speakers, the HTM6 center channel speaker, and the largest speakers in the 600 class, the 603 floor speakers — all of which are available in white, black, or natural oak cabinet finishes. Separating the Anniversary Edition S2-spec models from the regular 600 range are state-of-the-art decoupled dome tweeters and B&W’s proprietary Continuum Cones. As per usual, these B&W speakers offer uncompromising, audiophile-grade sound, and are aimed at the most discerning of listeners. Backed by a five-year warranty and sold in pairs, the Bowers & Wilkins 600 Series Anniversary Edition Speaker Collection is available now, starting at $700 for the 607 S2, $900 for the 606 S2, $800 for the HTM6 S2, and $2,000 for the top-of-the-line 603 S2.
