Carrying a stereo out to a job site can be risky. There is a lot that can do damage to a boombox, whether it be the fine dust that gets everywhere, heavy tools, or a burst water pipe. As result, a whole lot of guys just bring old beater stereos they don’t care about breaking with them to the site. If you are one of those guys, this big Power Box from Bosch may change that habit because this thing is built to play high fidelity music without compromising on durability.

When it comes to tunes, this device can stream from any Bluetooth device for up to 150 feet, broadcast AM/FM radio, use stored music, or even pick up internet radio. The four speaker 360 degree configuration can be powered powered by either 18v batteries for those weeks before the electricians arrive, or can be plugged into a 120v outlet. To protect from rough tumbles or bumpy rides in the back of your pickup, all of that sweet audio goodness is protected by a durable aluminum/rubber roll cage. Working construction is tough, but it doesn’t have to be joyless. Prices start at $200. [Purchase]
