BondicEVO Liquid Plastic Welder
Super glue, however great, simply isn’t right tool for every job. It can’t replace or restore substances that have been lost, nor can it really resist UV rays very well. Thankfully, glue isn’t the only option out there. Re-introducing the BondicEvo liquid plastic welder.
This technology isn’t necessarily new, but that doesn’t make it any less impressive. Originally launched by a two-man team on Kickstarter in 2014, the Bondic was the first ever plastic welder to reach the tool market. Soon after things got moving, however, one of the partners in charge of developing the product suddenly passed away. To mak matters worse, the technology was stolen by As-Seen-On-TV makers. Rather than getting discouraged, Rob, the remaining member, soldiered on – improving on the original Bondic. This newest release is the result of his hard work and perseverance. Thanks to its intuitive design, all users need to do to mend fraying cords or broken plastic is hit a button, fill in the space, and shine a UV light on the solution for four seconds. Just like that, the liquid produced by the BondicEVO hardens immediately. In our minds, it’s a must have in any guy’s tool kit.
