Designed from the ground up to lend itself to customization, BMW’s R nineT is one of the most commonly modified motorcycles currently in production, with the 1,170cc boxer twin having been treated to all manner of one-off transformations. Despite its ubiquity in the custom moto space, Moscow’s Zillers Garage managed to objectively raise the R nineT bar with the unveiling of its aviation-inspired, aluminum-bodied R9T build back in April.
Fast forward to today and the Russian bike building outfit has revealed a similar, albeit slightly toned down R9T build, though this time around it’s being produced as a bolt-on kit. Appropriately dubbed the “Mk2,” the kit is comprised of a single-piece front fairing, tank, and tail section combo—complete with backlit Roundels—supplemented via a matching belly pan, custom wheels, a Motogadget Motoscope Pro display, and an SC-Project muffler. Thus far, Zillers has completed the first eight kits—three of which will remain in Russia while the remaining five are earmarked for US shores—and while all are already spoken for, the shop is currently accepting orders for additional kits. Pricing has yet to be revealed, though, for more information or to place an order, you can check out Zillers’ Facebook page linked below.
