The BMW R80 RT was a solid motorcycle at its core, but it had numerous, unforgivable flaws that made it less than appealing. But now that Auto Fabrica has gotten their hands on one, we’re ready to open our wallets.

The English workshop gave an R80 RT a makeover, giving it their signature minimalist look. The company also significantly shed some of the bike’s weight by completely stripping it down and removing everything that they didn’t need. The huge reduction in weight makes the bike easier to handle. The front end of the bike was lowered, giving the bike a more aggressive look than it used to have. The tank was refinished with a gorgeous deep blue to offset the tan seat. The design company also gave the bike some modern flair by adding thin red acrylic fins in the rear to distribute the brake lighting. It’s a minimalist’s dream ride.
