When it comes to motivational factors behind a custom motorcycle build, there’s a whole slew of different muses out there. However, candy isn’t necessarily always at the top of that list. So when OneHandMade claimed this bike was designed to match a Snickers wrapper, well we just had to learn more about the project.
The gentleman behind Tapei-based, OneHandMade Motorcycles, who ironically enough is the go-to guy for the bodywork of all Rough Crafts’ builds and goes by Chun, began the build at an interesting starting point: the color. And since the owner really had no idea what he wanted out of the R nineT, Chun decided to model it after the famous candy bar, one of his favorites. From here he managed to outfit the bike with a custom aluminum fuel tank that hosts a Rough Crafts gas cap, an embedded LED light in the skinny tail section, two H3 fog lights up front, a set of high-rise bars wrapped with a pair of Motogadget grips with Brembo controls and it sits atop two Pirelli Scorpion Rally Tires for good measure. Also, the engine now exhales through a GPR exhaust system that rounds out this Snickers scrambler quite nicely, not the mention the bang-up chocolate brown and gold paint job to bring everything together.
