We’ll probably never get sick of looking at BMW R 90 variations, as it has a naturally classic look and impressive components at its core. This new build from Clutch Custom Motorcycles out of Paris has subtle changes that allow us to not forget what the bike actually is.

Instead of the R 90’s original muscular stance, the designers modified the backbone of the frame by giving it an all-new subframe, giving the bike a harmonious line from the tail to the front. Most immediately noticeable is the brand new custom-made fuel tank that oozes style. Although the bike appears to be lower than it was before, the designers left the suspension travel and ride height alone. Instead of the original 17 inch tires, both front and back tires are now 18-inch Pirelli Angel GTs. Thanks to Clutch’s expertise in design, many of the parts have a new look, including the gas cap, rearsets, and a handful of hidden brackets that are designed to hide the original ugly parts. Top it all off with a beautiful deep mid-blue coat of paint and a light brown leather seat, and it’s one gorgeous motorcycle.
