Think you have to spend thousands of dollars for a professional Blackmagic Cinema Camera? Well think again. The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera allows you record professional videos on the go thanks to its compact design.

Don’t let the small size fool you either as thing is ready to handle nearly any task you can throw at it from independent film to your weekly YouTube videos. The handheld camera will be equipped with a Super 16 1080 HD film sensor with an effective size of 12.58mm x 7.02mm. With the ability to record full HD 1920×1080 at 30fps to both Apple ProRes 422 and Lossless Cinema DNG RAW, this bad boy also features an impressive 13 stops of dynamic range. Last but certainly not least is the cameras compatibility with a ton of accessories including DSLR rigs, microphones, viewfinder, Micro Four-Thirds lens, and more. Expect the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera to retail for right around $1,000 when it hits the retail scene this coming July.
