North Drinkware, a company known for making whisky and beer glasses with topographically accurate mountains at the base, have teamed up with the knife maker James Brand to collaborate on something they’re calling the Black Box Set.
This set comprises of two 8 ounce glasses made from a dark smoked glass featuring Mount Hood at the base, as well as a custom James Brand County Knife with topographical markings on the black Sandvic 12C27 stainless steel blade and white oak wooden handle. The items in the box have received just as much care as the packaging itself. The whole thing comes in a stained black wooden container with the brand logos laser etched into the lid. In less than a week the clocks are going to change and we’re going to plunge into increasingly dark afternoons and cold days. What better way to ride out the storm than by drinking a good whiskey out of the glasses in the Black Box Set by North Drinkware and James Brand? Only fifty will be made, with prices set at $300.
