Best Made Co. has brought Argentinian Chef Francis Mallmann on deck to serve as a creative adviser on an exclusive line of products. The big kahuna of the show is the Mallmann’s grill, which is inspired by Mallmann’s flair for the outdoor life and his gusty spirit.
Mallmann’s grill is a towering steel design, giving you the best of traditional Argentinian grilling. Weighing in at 130 lbs and standing 8 ft tall, this grill is built in Argentina by highly skilled metal fabricators. It gives cooks and master chefs the opportunity to sear, simmer, smoke, and roast all at once. The grill provides exceptional heat and rich flavors reminiscent of a fire pit and is able to adapt to outdoor cooking methods. It has a ventilated firebox similar to a chulengo pit roaster, allowing it to heat things up with wood or charcoal. You can use the grated grill for exposure to flames or the plancha-style flat top, providing evenly distributed heat. Stack the cooktops above the fire for various temperatures and hang fruits and meats from the overhead rack for smoking or light roasting. At full blast, the grill heats up to 750°F, allowing it to sear a thick chunk of steak to juicy perfection or roast a bird to a flawless crisp. Mallmann’s grill is only available online
