Bentley’s Miami Condos All Have Their Own Garage & Car Elevator

In recent years a growing number of the world’s most elite automotive marques have been tapping into the luxury real estate game, with firms like Aston Martin and Porsche Design erecting massive residential towers in and around Miami. And Bentley is now the latest car company to hop on the bandwagon, announcing its first-ever Bentley Residences tower in South Florida.

Located in Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach district, the ambitious 749’ tower will be born out of a collaboration with Sieger Suarez Architects and Dezer Development — both of which previously worked together on Miami’s Porsche Design Tower. Each of the 200+ apartments will feature its own private balcony, sauna, and pool, as well as in-unit, multi-car garages which are reached through the use of a proprietary car elevator system. The Bentley Residences will also boast a number of common-area amenities including a full gym, a 24-hour concierge service, a luxury spa, a five-star restaurant, multiple lounges, and a whiskey bar, just to name but a few. Thus far, ground is expected to be broken on the project in 2023, with a completion date scheduled for 2026. For more info, you can check out the Bentley Residences website linked below.
