Benchmade’s Bugout EDC Knife Can Now Be Customized With Over 414K Options

Originally designed to be the ultimate folding camp knife, Benchmade’s Bugout model has long been a favorite amongst the Oregon City outfit’s legendary lineup. And though the AXIS-lock-equipped drop point knife is already available in several colors and sizes, the renowned knifemaker has now added the Bugout to its list of customizable models through the brand’s online configurator.

In total, the new customizable Bugout can be built in more than 400,000 different configurations, making it insanely personalizable. This includes 17 different handle color options in either Grivory (aka glass-filled nylon) or G-10, a cool 12 anodized hardware color choices, and numerous steel options for the model’s plain or partially serrated blade, including S30V, 20CV, and the ultra-hardwearing and top-shelf M4. Custom images can also be uploaded and used on the blade and the online configurator lets users view the knife from 360-degrees with the blade open or closed, so you’ll know exactly what to expect when your custom knife arrives at your door. Available now, the custom Benchmade Bugout starts from $170, and runs up to $240 depending on options, though every custom Bugout gets the same lifetime manufacturers warranty and LifeSharp services that come with any other Benchmade knife model.
