Benchmade Foray Knife

We get the chance to see a lot of high-quality EDC knives around these parts. While many of them are quite impressive, there are very few that really wow us. You can count Benchmade’s new 698-181 Foray amongst those rare few, however, as this knife is something truly special.

It starts off, as do all their blades, with the brand’s already incredibly high-quality American craftsmanship. Then the ante is upped to the nth degree with the addition of a Damasteel 3.22″ drop tip blade mated to a gorgeous marbled carbon fiber handle with mother of pearl inlays. Then, the whole thing is finished off with DLC coated hardware. And this unrivaled manual-opened EDC cutting tool only gets better, with the addition of the Benchmade’s signature AXIS locking system, a deep carry pocket clip, and a blue anodized blade thumb stud. At $800, this is an everyday carry heirloom that was built to be passed down for generations.

Purchase: $800
