Apple just plunked down $3 billion for Beats. You can get yours for two bills.

The new Solo2 headphones from Beats promise a “more dynamic, wider range of sound, with a clarity that will bring you closer to what the artist intended.” Does that mean polka will start sounding good? Actually, it does. Especially on vinyl. The new design features a more flexible headband, with the frame of the headphones curved to provide a custom-fit feeling. The ear cups have also been reworked, now ergonomically angled out with pivots for optimal comfort and sound delivery, as well as reduced heat and sound leakage.
