Baker’s Edge All Edge Brownie Pan

People can get feisty about their brownies. Some like them with nuts, some don’t. Some like them gooey, some don’t. And then there’s this question: center piece or corner? This divisive topic has ripped apart many an American home. It’s sad, really. The fine folks at Baker’s Edge believe people like chewy edges with their brownies, so they’ve unveiled the Edge Brownie Pan, a pan that magically adds two chewy edges to every… single…  brownie!

Heat is also circulated evenly to the middle of the pan, and the single baking chamber lets the batter to settle perfectly. Despite the funky shape, the 9″ x 12″ size is still an exact match for box mixes, and the durable nonstick coating makes it easy to wash, which brings us to another brownie debate question: Do you clean the pan with a sponge or your mouth?
