Audi R8 LMX

Category: Rides, Showcase

This may look just like your typical, badass R8, but don’t get it twisted. The German auto makers behind the Audi R8 LMX have introduced a few new features that are sure to set this thing apart from the standard R8 supercar.

While this limited edition coupe does come with a bit more ponies (570-horsepower), it’s not the 3.4 second zero to sixty time that caught our eye. It’s the headlights. Audi has equipped this bad boy with a set of laser-enhanced LED high-beam headlights that are capable of illuminating 1,640 feet down the road. Still outfitted with the popular 5.2-liter mid-mounted V10 engine, this thing will be draped in a new Ara Blue paint job hit with carbon fiber accents all throughout, while black Nappa leather rounds out the look on the interior. This particular Audi is limited to only 99 examples, and will land at dealers with a sticker price of 210,000 Euros. [Purchase]
