The Petersen Automotive Museum is kind enough to provide budding gearheads with the opportunity to sharpen their skills. For example, the car you see before you is a 2011 Ford Mustang refurbished by students at the Petersen’s Teen Auto Workshop with the help of ROUSH Performance, and it can be yours.
There’s plenty of customization going on with this sleek silver machine, including a half-inch ROUSH 20-inch graphite wheels, TrakPak Brake kit, Axle-Back Mustang Exhaust kit, and a lowering Suspension kit for extra stability. Additionally, a front and rear fascia were added, along with a new splitter, grille, and fog lights, elevating the aesthetic of the machine. The custom muscle car also marks the 25th anniversary of the Petersen Automotive Museum. All proceeds will go directly toward the Petersen Automotive Museum Foundation, which is a non-profit charity that provides STEAM-based programs to over 100,000 students every year. You can purchase tickets to the famous museum’s annual gala for a chance to take home this slick ride.
