Auction Block: 1990 Land Rover Defender 90
When people usually think of Land Rover, they conjure up images of a big, bulky, modern, city-dwelling SUV. We believe that they are far more versatile than that. They’re also incredibly capable off-road vehicles. And, when they’re done right, can fit in just about anywhere a Jeep can fit in. Even as a cruiser along a sunny coastline. Thankfully, we don’t have to do much convincing, though. Because we can just show you this Land Rover Defender 90 that’s gone up for auction.
Though this 4WD classic vehicle is unrestored, it has been tweaked and upgraded a bit by the folks at Cool & Vintage. In fact, for a while, it was their company car. In light of the fact that they just picked up a new one, they’ve decided to sell this one. It’s got 79,000 miles on the odometer, the original 2.5-liter turbo diesel engine, 5-speed manual gearbox, and seats. It’s also recently been serviced by a specialist. Some additions include a new exhaust, heavy duty wheels with 5 beefy BF Goodrich Mud tires, a custom-made black mohair cover, and military-style windows. Head over to Bring A Trailer to put in a bid if you’re interested. [H/T: Cool & Vintage]
