The new Ford Bronco is cool and all, but we’re still partial to the original iteration of the two-door SUV. Especially when one comes along that looks as good as this tastefully-modified 1967 Ford Bronco that’s currently up for auction on Bring a Trailer.
This ’67 Bronco looks great at first glance, with a striking yellow paint job and blacked-out roll cage, fender flares, and hood scoop. But the closer you look, the better it gets. The truck sports off-road capability with a Rancho lift kit and mud-terrain tires mounted on 15” aftermarket wheels, while the biggest surprise lurks under the hood. There resides a high-output 302 V8 with a rebuilt carburetor, polished Edelbrock air intake, and wrapped exhaust headers — which should add up to a great sound and some nice performance. Now, this truck isn’t in perfect shape — the listing mentions the presence of an oil leak as well as some minor cosmetic imperfections — but overall it looks great for its age, and you may even end up getting it for a bargain. Head on over to BaT to place a bid.
